Spices & Condiments, Sugar, Iodised Salt, Refined Vegetable Oil

Deep Fry/Shallow Fry:
- Heat the oil in Kadhai/Wok on medium heat at 175°C. The oil should not give smoke.
- Take the frozen Puffets from the freezer and fry directly for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from the kadhai and serve hot.
Air Frying:
- Preheat the Air Fryer at 200°C.
- Brush the pockets with oil/butter on all sides. Place single layer of 4-5 pieces of Puffets in the baking tray.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, flip once done and again bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and sereve hot.

- To be kept frozen at -18°C or below.
- If thawed do not re-freeze.
